Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect as little as possible. Your star map design (date, place, text) is processed in your own browser and stored only on your device. We never see your payment card details.

What we process, and why

• Map configuration (date, time, place, your text lines): processed entirely in your browser to render your artwork, and saved in your browser's local storage so your design survives the checkout redirect. It is not transmitted to our servers.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. They collect the billing details needed to process your order (name, email, card data) under their own privacy policy, shown at checkout. We receive order confirmations, not card numbers.
• Email: if you write to [email protected], we keep the correspondence to help you.
• Hosting & security logs: our site is served by Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request metadata to deliver and protect the site.
• Advertising analytics: we may use advertising pixels (such as Meta's) to measure whether our ads work. These set cookies and process usage data under the provider's policy. You can limit ad tracking in your browser and device settings.

What we don't do

• No accounts, no marketing databases of your designs.
• We do not sell or rent personal data. Ever.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/EEA under GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold (in practice: support emails and order records held by our payment provider). Email us and we'll help — and clearing your browser's site data removes your locally stored designs at any time.
